P I Q - Troubleshooting: Make A Class Booking
This article will walk you through the steps needed to take to if a user cannot make a class booking. 



Troubleshooting: Make A Class Booking


1. Past Dues / Frozen Agreement
Confirm user is in good standing (no past dues) and/or does not have a frozen agreement.


2. Active Status
Confirm user has an active membership (may need to adjust users membership expiration date).

3. Membership Types

If class type has membership types that do not need class credits, confirm user has the appropriate membership type and change it if necessary.

4. Available Session Credits
If user needs class credits, confirm user has available class credits and the right type of class credits.

5. Booking Policies 
Confirm user is not attempting to book a class so far in advance that is outside what the booking policy allows as well checking the lead time set in the policy.

6. Cross Club Booking
If booking at another location, confirm the class type has been enabled for cross club booking and the clubs have been set up for cross club bookings.


7. 
Same Email On Multiple Accounts - Not Logging In With The Correct Account
Check to see if the members same email is being used for another account(s) in your ClubReady site. If so, delete these extra accounts or merge them into the true account. Then, reset the members password in ClubReady, have the member login with the new password, and attempt to book a class.

The member may also be using the same email on more than one account at another location(s) within the same chain.  If this is the case, reset the member's password, have the member login with the new password (and selecting the correct location), and attempt to book a class.

Helpful Tip: If resetting the member's password, login yourself with the member's new password and attempt to book a class to ensure successful booking
