Requirements - Here are some pre-requisites before testing the signature pad
- A windows login with administrative rights on the machine.
- Topaz driver installed, click here.
- Active-X configured in Internet Explorer (IE), click here.
- Topaz signature pad plugged into a usb port on the back of the computer before you open the testing webpage.

Accessing The Active - X verification Page And Testing The Topaz Signature Pad
After you plug in the Topaz signature pad into a usb port on the back of your computer, open Internet explorer and enter this web address:
http://www.clubready.com/apps/installprocess/postest.html

Once this test page loads make sure there is a green check mark and the message
SigPlus works!. This means the Topaz driver and Active-X control have successfully loaded.
If you do see the green check mark and the message
SigPlus works! Try signing on the signature pad. Whatever you write on the screen should appear in the white signature pad box on the webpage. Once this is successful we recommend you try completing an agreement in your ClubReady site. This will require your site setup be configured for the correct signature method,
If you do not see either of these then you will need to confirm the
driver is installed and Internet Explorer is configured for loading Active-X.
To re-load the topaz driver,
To verify Active-X is configured,
If you continue to have issues with the signature pad working in internet explorer please contact ClubReady Support for more assistance.
