Requirements -

• Signature Pad Drivers Installed
• Receipt Printer Drivers Installed 
• Configure Internet Explorer For Active-X Controls

1.  Once the Active-X control loads for the topaz signature pad you will be able to test by signing on the screen.  Depending on the model you will need to test by signing the top 1" of the screen.

2.  Two Active-X controls are needed for the receipt printer to work.  Both will show here with a green check mark.

Notes:

• Depending on the operating system and version of Internet Explorer you may get prompts asking you to if it is ok to load the drivers for this hardware. Click Yes and OK to these prompts.
