P I Q Admin Panel - Manage

This article will guide you for accessing and understanding the Manage tab within the Performance IQ Admin Login.
Requirements - A Performance IQ Account that has access to the Admin Panel.
After logging into your Performance IQ profile, click Admin Panel to locate the Manage tab. After clicking Manage, a dropdown will populate allowing you to view / edit System Emails, iFrame Settings, Edit Theme and the Terms and Conditions.
1. System Emails
To access the System Emails settings, navigate to Manage > System Emails, another menu will then populate, allowing you to edit the Heart Rate Stats, Create Account and Forgot Password Email.
Heart Rate Stats Email - after clicking this option, you will be able to enter the text you are wanting to include within the Editor window. After entering the text, click Update Email to save the changes.
On this same page, you will be able to view a Preview of the Email on the right side of the Editor.
Create Account Email - after clicking this option, you will be able to enter the text within the Editor window. After entering your text, click Update Email to save the changes.
On this same page, you will be able to view a Preview of the Email on the right side of the Editor. Under the Preview, you will see a list of Available Variables for the email. This list will include the # of the Variable, Variable Name and Variable Fill.
Forgot Password - after clicking this option, you will be able to enter the text you are wanting to include within the Editor window. After entering the text, click Update Email to save the changes.
On this same page, you will be able to view a Preview of the Email on the right side of the Editor. Under the Preview, you will see a list of Available Variables for the email. This list will include the # of the Variable, Variable Name and Variable Fill.
2. iFrame Settings
To access the iFrame Settings, navigate to Manage > iFrame Settings. When you are configuring these settings, you will be given 4 options to choose from. These options will include Off, Basic iframe (No header and footer on member screens only), Full iframe (No header and footer on member and admin screens) - Not Recommended and Advanced iframe (No header footer navigation bar and sidebars on all screens) - contact Support@ClubReady.com to use this functionality. After selecting the iFrame setting, you will find the link for the IFRAME code to be inserted on your website, along with IFRAME URLs for Login, Logout, Schedule, Class Packs, Dashboard and Heart Rate Leaderboard. 3. Edit Theme
To edit the Theme for your PIQ site, navigate to Manage > Edit Theme. From here, you will be able to upload an image for your Logo, adjust the Header Color, Main Color, enter Custom CSS and set the Language. After configuring these settings, click Save.
4. Terms and Conditions
To edit the Terms and Conditions, navigate to Manage > Terms and Conditions. From here you will be able to enter in text that will populate on your Sign Up Page and Checkout Page.

Accessing Manage
