P I Q Admin Panel - Admin Panel
This article will guide you through accessing and navigating within the Performance IQ Admin Panel. 

Requirements - An admin login for Performance IQ.



Accessing the Admin Panel







In order to access the Admin Panel, the login being used must have Admin access. To access the Admin Panel, click Admin Panel after logging in. 



Admin Panel Tabs




1. Dashboard 









After logging in and clicking Admin Panel, you will be brought to the Dashboard page. From here, you will be able to view the total Calories burned for your locations, the AVG HR, Points earned and the Attendance. Additionally, you will be given a Calorie Burn and Zone Chart for a visual representation. 


2. Members








After clicking the Members tab, you will be able to Create Member Accounts. After entering in the required info (Email, Password, First / Last Name, Member Status), you will then be able to Save Profile. Once created, all Members will populate, displaying the Name, Email, Gender, Screen Name and Member Status. To edit an already existing profile, click the Edit Pencil next to the Member you are wanting to adjust. 


3. Heart Rate Profiles 








After clicking the Heart Rate Profiles option, you will be given the option to Register New Heart Rate Monitor. Below this option, a list of all HR Monitors in the system will populate, displaying the client's Name, Gender, Email, HR POD ID and Location. When Registering a New Heart Rate Monitor, you will be required to enter in the Location, Heart Rate Monitor ID, Email, First / Last / Screen Name, Gender, Birth Year and Max Heart Rate. After entering the required information, click Register. 


4. Stats





Heart Rate Stats - This option will provides Workout Class Stats for Member profiles within the Date Range and Location selected. 
Heart Rate Report  - Provides Workouts stats for member profiles. Filters will allow you to select specific Workout, Calorie and Point values that populate within the report. 
Location Stats Reports 
- Provides stats for specific locations 


5. Challenges






Challenges
- To Create a Challenge, select the Challenges option. After clicking Create a Challenge, you will be able to enter the Challenge Name, Date, Challenge Type, Input Goals, Select Zones and Select Participating Locations. After adjusting, click Save without emailing participants or Save and email all participants. 

Challenge Teams 
- To Create a Team, select the Challenges Teams option. After clicking Create a Team, you will be required to enter in a Team Name. On this same page, you will be able to select a Team Color as well. Once you have these settings in place, click Save Team Settings. 


6. Manage





System Emails 
- this option will allow you to edit the Heart Rate Stats Email, Create Account Email, and Forgot Password emails. 
iFrame Settings
After clicking this option, you will be able to set the iFrame as a Basic Frame (No header and footer on member screens only), Full iFrame (No header and footer on member and admin screens) - Not Recommended or Advanced iFrame (No header footer navigation bar and sidebars on all screens) - Contact Support to use this functionality. After selected the iFrame settings, you will then be able to enter iFrame Code, Login iFrame URL, Logout iFrameURL, Schedule iFrame URL, Class Packs iFrame URL, Dasboard iFrame URL and Heart Rate Leaderboard iFrame URL. 
Edit Theme
- after selecting this option, you will be able to adjust the Logo, Header Color, Main Color and Language. There will be a custom Custom CSS box to enter a Custom CSS  as well. 
Terms and C
onditions - after clicking this option, you will be able to Edit Terms And Conditions for the Sign Up Page and the Checkout Page. 


7. Help





Terms and Conditions - Click this option to view the Terms and Conditions
Web Manual - click this option to view a Web Manual for PIQ Software and / or Dashboard Manual.
