This article will guide you through navigating within your PIQ Account.
Navigating Within Your PIQ Account
1. Dashboard

After logging in, your profile will default to the
Dashboard tab.

This tab will display
Workout Data for the specified date range. After setting the date range, click
Go to populate
data. 2. My Workout Stats

To view your profile's
Workout Stats, click
My Workout Stats.

After clicking the
My Workout Stats option, you will be able to view your
Stats for a specified date range. After selecting the date range and generating the data, you will see options to
Copy, export to
Excel, export as a
CSV or export the data as a
PDF. On the web page, you will be able to view
the
Date, Calories, Points and
Durations of the
Workout Stats. 3. My Challenges

To view your
Challenges , click
My Challenges.

After clicking
My Challenges, you will be able to view the
Challenge Term, Challenge Name, Challenge Type, Group Type, Challenge Goal and
Leader for challenges you are currently a part of. After generating the data, you will see options to
Copy, export to
Excel, export as a
CSV or export the data as a
PDF.
4. My Profile

After clicking
My Profile, you will be able to make adjustments to
Info, Files, App Connections and Heart Rate Monitors associated with the profile.
Info - after clicking
Info, you will be able to make adjustments to your
Password, First / Last Name, Gender, Screen Name, Birth Date, Weight. Additionally, you will be able to enable your profile to
Display my info on all performance leaderboards.

Files - after clicking
Files, you will be able to
Upload a new file to the profile and / or
View Existing files within the profile.

App Connections - from here, you will be able to
Connect your profile, which will
Authorize the
Performance IQ Dashboard To Use Your Account.

Heart Rate Monitors - after selecting this option, you will be able to
Register New Heart Rate Monitors. When registering, you will need to enter the
Location, Heart Rate Monitor ID, First / Last Name, Username, Gender, Weight, Birth Year and
Max Heart Rate.
5. Log out

To
Log Out, click the
Log Out option.
