Troubleshooting: Staff / Member Unable To Login
This article will guide you through troubleshooting steps for when Staff and / or club Members are unable to log into their profile.

Requirements - A Master admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
  • Prospect Management: Can access prospects lookup
  • Member Management: Communication: Can email customer their login details
  • Member Management: General - Can access client options
  • Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
  • Staff Management: Can access staff member options
  • Staff Management: Can email an admin user their login details

Why Is Staff / Member Not Able To Login?

1. Resend Email

When you are entering in a Staff or Prospect profile, an email will send out to the client or staff member providing them with their login details. When entering the profile, you will have the option to not send this email, as well as making the ClubReady Login unavailable. In these cases, you will want to navigate to the Staff Member and / or Prospect 's profile and Email Their Communication Preferences Update. To complete this for Prospects / Members, navigate to Prospects / Members tab > lookup the profile > All Details > General Tab > Email Their Login & Reset Password.

If you are needing to resend the email to a staff member, navigate to Staff > Lookup the Staff member > Go to Options > Email This Staff Member Their Login & Password.

Note: The link that sends out within the Login & Password email will expire after 24 hours. If you send this email and the staff member or prospect does not adjust their Username / Password, you will need to send the email again.

2. Disabled Login

Within ClubReady, you will have the option to disable client / staff logins. If you have reset the username and / or password and are still unable to login, you may need to re-enable the login. To accomplish this, navigate to Prospects / Members > Lookup the client > All Details > General Tab > Edit Their Profile. From here, you will see an option that reads as Login Active Until. You will then have the option to set this login to No time limit, or you may set a specific date for when you want the Login will disable.

To adjust this for Staff, navigate to Staff > Lookup the Staff Member > Go to Options > Edit Profile > Login Active Until.
