This article will guide you through sending a staff their information to login to the club's site.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
- Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management: Can access staff member options
- Staff Management: Can email an admin user their login details
Access Staff Options

To access this screen click on the
Staff tab. Search and select the
desired employee. Verify
employee has an email address on file. If
not, you will need to add this under their profile. Click the
Go To Options button.
Sending Login Information

If you need to add an email to their profile click on Edit Profile under the Administrative section of the options page. Under the Misc Tools section click the
link for Email Admin Their Login & Password, the message login
details sent will appear.
What The Employee Receives

Above is what the employee receives in their email. Have the
employee click on the link and bookmark it in their browser. Once the
employee enters their username and password they will be able to access their
portal.
