Ability To Add Multiple Members Per Agreement
This article will guide you on how to add associated members to a primary member during the agreement write up process. 
*Please note that this is a functionality that may not be enabled by default in your club. Please contact ClubReady Support for more information or to turn this functionality on for your club. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions: 
  • Writing Up New Agreements - Can write up new agreements


Explaining the difference between a responsible and associated member: 
  • The responsible member is the client whom will purchase an agreement that will be shared between multiple members.
  • The associated member is the client that is linked to the primary client and does not need a card or agreement on file.


Adding Multiple Members Per Agreement



1. Selecting Client For Agreement Write Up






To access this screen, go to Main > Write Up New Agreement (or New Agreement depending on your menu style). Search and select the desired primary client.

2. Associating Members To The Primary Client 





During Step 2 of agreement write up, locate the option to Add Associated Members. Type in their First Name, Last Name, Gender, Phone, Email and Date Of Birth. Click the Add - Thanks! button to proceed with the agreement write up process. A new account will be created for the added associated members. 

NOTES:
- It will only add the amount of associated members you allow on your sales packages settings.
- This option will not display during agreement write up if the sales package is set to allow 0 associated members.

Locating A Primary And Associated Member

To access this screen search and select a primary member. On the Client Summary page, a note will be shown on whom they are responsible for. You can click on the associated member name to access their profile.
