This article will guide you on how to add associated members to a primary member during the agreement write up process. *Please note that this is a functionality that may not be enabled by default in your club. Please contact ClubReady Support for more information or to turn this functionality on for your club. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:

Adding Multiple Members Per Agreement1. Selecting Client For Agreement Write Up ![]() To access this screen, go to Main > Write Up New Agreement (or New Agreement depending on your menu style). Search and select the desired primary client. To learn more about how to write up a new agreement, click here. 2. Associating Members To The Primary Client ![]() During Step 2 of agreement write up, locate the option to Add Associated Members. Type in their First Name, Last Name, Gender, Phone, Email and Date Of Birth. Click the Add - Thanks! button to proceed with the agreement write up process. A new account will be created for the added associated members. NOTES: - It will only add the amount of associated members you allow on your sales packages settings. - This option will not display during agreement write up if the sales package is set to allow 0 associated members. - To learn more on how to adjust your sales package to allow associating members, click here.
