This article will guide you through adding your email to the distribution list for the invoice change report. This report is emailed daily. You will receive an invoice change log in the morning for the previous day .Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access internal reports setup
The Invoice Change Report
1. Adding your email to the distribution list for the Invoice Change Report


To receive this emailed report, navigate to
Setup > Communication > Internal Reports. Find the
Invoice Change Report and select
Manage The Distribution List.

On the Invoice Change Report distribution page, enter your
email address and select
Add A New Email. If you ever need to remove an email from the list, simply click the red
x to the right. Once you are added to the distribution list, you will begin receiving this report once a day. This report will be emailed to you as an Excel attachment.
2. Understanding the Emailed Invoice Change Report


The emailed excel will display the following information:
Store Id - this is your club's ID in ClubReady.
Location - this is the name of your club location.
Client - First and Last of the effected customer.
User Id - this is the ClubReady ID # for the customer.
Membership Status - the current membership status.
Staff Member - this is the staff member responsible for making the change to the invoice.
Invoice # - the invoice ID number.
Description - this is the description or name of the invoice as it appears on the customer's account.
Change Date - this is the date and time that this invoice was altered.
Value - The current value, or amount, of the invoice.
Change Type - this will list what was altered on the invoice.
New Value - This will list the new value of what was changed. For example, we have a date change and an amount change in the picture above.
