How To Access The Wellness Portal
This article will guide you through accessing a client's Wellness Portal. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or staff type with access to the following permissions:
  • Member Management : General - Can Access Member Options 
  • Member Management : General - Can Access A Customer's Login Area.



Accessing A Client's Wellness Portal



Step 1 - Options To Access The Login As Feature





After you search and select the desired client there are two options for finding the Login As feature to access their Wellness Portal. 
Login As - on the summary page will bring you directly to their Wellness Portal. If you select this option skip to Step 3 of this article. 
All Detail - will bring you to their options page, where you can access the Login As feature under the General Tab. If you use this option go to Step 2. 



Step 2 - Access The Login Area using The General Tab





All Detail > General > Access Their Login Area will bring you to the verification message. 



Step 3 -  Verification Message





Click Access Their Login Area.



Step 4 - Client's Wellness Portal 





You will now be in the client's Wellness Portal where you can navigate and use it just like the client. At the top of the window you will have a colorful bar reminding you that you are logged in as the client. When you are done click the Go Back link in the top right corner of the banner. This will log you out of the Wellness Portal and take you back to ClubReady with your own login. 

NOTE: Any changes that you make within your client's Wellness Portal will be saved and show up when your client logs in!
