Client Lookup Tool
This article and video will guide you through using the Prospect and Customer/Member lookup tool. 


Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:

  • Prospect Management - Can access prospects lookup
  • Customer Management : General - Can access client options

Using the Lookup Tool 



To search for your leads, select the Prospects tab. For your member/customer, go to the Members/Customers tab. By default, this will list all of the active Customers/Members in your location. There is a drop down menu to choose which Search By option you would like use to lookup a user. For any search option you will need to type at least three characters in the search box. From this drop down menu you may choose to search by:


Name - first, last, or full name
Email - any part of the email address
Phone Number - format as (000) 000-0000
User ID# - full ClubReady user ID number
Zip - at least the first three numbers of the five digits
Street - any part of the street address
Barcode or PIN Code - at least the first three digits of the user's barcode or pincode


Use the 3 lines next to Lookup to open up filters to narrow down your search results if needed. To learn about the Filters function, click here.  



Icons Definition


When searching for a customer, you will notice there could be an icon next to their name. Below is an example image of the icon and their meaning. 

 - Customer has an Active status

 - Customer has Active Services

 - Customer is in Third Party Status

 - Customer has a Frozen agreement

  - Customer has a Past Due balance

 - Customer has an Alert on their account



Frequently Asked Questions

How do I lookup my inactive clients?

You can look up inactive clients by using the lookup tool. Simply click the three lines within the lookup tool and filter to show only inactive members. 

- I am typing in clients name correctly but the client is not showing up. How can I locate my client?

Is your client a prospect or a Member/ Customer? There are two different search engines as shown above. If your client may have moved to an inactive client be sure to use the filter to search "All" or "Only Inactive". Unless the client has been deleted he/she will show in one of the search engines.
