How To Locate And Enter Data Into Custom Text Field For A Client
This article will guide you through locating and entering information into custom text fields for clients.

 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:

  • Prospect Management -  Can access prospects lookup
  • Member Management : General - Can access client options
  • Member Management : General -  Can edit client profiles 


Accessing Client's Profile





To access this screen search and select the desired client. Click the PROFILE icon. You can also navigate to ALL DETAIL > General > Edit Their Profile. 



Entering And Saving Information Into A Client's Custom Text Field




 

The Edit Customer Profile screen will appear. Custom categories will appear highlighted in yellow. Find the custom field and enter in the desired value. Once you have made your selections click on Click To Update to save your changes.
