How To Add A New Staff Member
This video and article will guide you through adding a new staff member.

 RequirementsA Master Admin or a staff type with the following permissions:  

  • Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
  • Staff Management: Can add a new admin
  • Staff Management: Can add a a new provider
  • Staff Management: Can create a master admin staff user (A master admin staff type has ALL permissions.  Only grant this permission if you want the staff type to be able to create a master admin)


Adding A New Staff Member






To add a new staff member, please click Staff > Add A New Staff Member. 


Inputting Staff Member Details 


1.  Select the gender of the staff member.  (required)

2.  Enter the staff member's date of birth and date of hire.  (optional)

3.  Select the staff type from drop down menu.  (required)  Please note:  If left as Club Master Admin, the staff member will receive ALL permissions.

4.  Enter the staff member's first and last name.   (required)

5.  Enter the social security number of the staff member (optional)

6.  Enter the staff member's address (optional)

7.  Enter the phone number(s) [phone, cell or alt phone] for the staff member (recommended)

8.  Enter the staff member's email address (recommended)

9.  Enter the emergency contact information for the staff member (optional)

10.  If the club uses ADP for payroll, enter the Company Code, File Number and Home Department information.  If entered, it will be included to expedite file uploads into ADP easier.

11.  Select whether you would like to have the staff member's login credential sent to the above inputted email address.  (recommended)  

Click the Add New Staff Member button to save the staff member and his or her details.
