When using both the fingerprint enrollment screen and web kiosk for the first time be sure to click Allow on the yellow pop-up ribbons located on the bottom of each page. The scanning function will only capture in one enrollment screen at a time; meaning, if you leave the capture fingerprint screen open within the client profile page and try to scan a client into the kiosk, the scanner will not function correctly. Be sure to exit out of the capture screen in the client's profile before navigating back to the kiosk. ![]() Ensure that Internet Explorer is configured to Delete browsing history on exit. To do this, navigate to Internet Options in Control Panel and check the box next to Delete browsing history on exit. |
