ClubReady Feature Retirement Announcement: ClubReady Mobile Member App

As we continue to strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers and their members, we are retiring and replacing the current ClubReady Mobile Member App in August 2021. We do not plan to make further updates to the current member App and we will be announcing the availability of a new replacement member app, for no additional fee, in the first half of 2021. The next generation of the ClubReady Member App will include improvements to performance and handling of booking policies.


Why are we retiring this support?

ClubReady has announced a new custom- branded member app that is now available for all ClubReady customers. This new member app provides a fully branded experience for your members. It also includes additional capabilities including improved performance, contactless check-in, custom menu/promotions, spot booking, and the ability to launch into virtual classes (zoom or other URL links) directly from the app.   Studios that upgrade to the new branded member app by October 31, 2020 will receive their first month free.  If you are interested in upgrading to a dedicated, branded member app for an additional monthly fee, let us know HERE.

With the availability of the branded app, we will be consolidating our mobile applications on the same platform. Over the next several months, we will be preparing a ClubReady branded member app that includes the features you are used to in our current member app, plus new features previously only available with a custom-branded app.


What action do I need to take?

If you would like more information about upgrading now to your own custom-branded app, please contact us HERE

If you plan to stay with the shared ClubReady branded member app, no action is required at this time.  We will provide more information in future announcements about the timing for the new ClubReady member app.


What will replace it?

We understand that an upgrade is not an option for everyone, and after considering all feedback on the member app, and the capabilities of our branded member app, we will be announcing a replacement ClubReady Member app for no additional fee in the first half 2021. The next generation of the ClubReady Member app will include improvements to performance and handling of booking policies. This app will be free to download and use with your members. Although we will strive for minimum disruption, members will need to install and login to the new app when it becomes available. 


When will we get more information about it?

As more details become available, we will share them with you. The next update on the plans for a free-of-charge member app will be in late Q4 2020.
