This article will walk you through on how to enable sales packages in PIQ.
P I Q - Enabling Sales Packages
The
package will first need to be enabled in ClubReady. If there is a ClubReady Corporate Portal,
then the In-App Purchase Enabled option must be toggled to YES in the
Installments tab of the package settings.
A contract does not need to be selected.
Then,
navigate to the club level ClubReady site and go to the Installments tab in the
package settings, and ensure the In-App Purchase Enabled is toggled to
YES. Selecting a contract is optional.

Once
this is complete in ClubReady, login to the customers PerformanceIQ site,
hover over locations, and select the location.
Next,
click on the Class Packages tab. Any
packages that have been enabled in ClubReady following the previous steps will
be listed here. If not, then they have
not been enabled yet through ClubReady. Click the EDIT pencil of the sales
package that needs to be activated.
A
description can be entered for the package. An icon will display in the top
right-hand corner of the package tile on the sales package option page. When clicking the icon and hovering over it
with the cursor, the description will show.

Enter the terms and conditions for the package.

Choose
the installment option to be listed in the sales package. If the sales package has more than one
installment option, only one can be listed to purchase. If this is important to the customer, then
multiple sales packages may need to be set up, each having a different
installment option.

If
the sales package contains class credits, enter the number of class credits per
installment. If the package is unlimited, then enter 9999. An infinity symbol
will display on the package option. If
the class count is left blank, 0 will display on the package tile for the
number of classes.
