P I Q Admin Panel - Adding A Class Schedule
This article will walk you through on how to add a class schedule in PIQ. Please note this is for PIQ customers only. 



P I Q - Adding A Class Schedule


Under the locations dashboard, navigate to the Class Schedules tab. 




Select Add Class Schedule





Enter the class schedule details. 





Schedule Title - the name of the class schedule

Maximum Capacity - the max capacity of the class

Select Class - choose the class type of the class (what will appear on the schedule)

Select Instructor - choose the instructor for the class

Duration - the start and end date of when the class is starting and ending in the schedule

Start Time/End Time - the time of the day that the class starts and ends

Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat - days of the week that the class is held

Allow Waitlist - enables a waitlist for the class

Allow Public Booking - enables booking through the customers online account or PIQ app (if using the app)


Once the class schedule is created, if it needs to be attached to a Room Layout for spot booking, use the drop down and choose the appropriate room layout that has been created.





NOTE: Once the class schedule is created, it cannot be edited.  If the class schedule needs to be edited, it must be deleted and a new one must be created
