P I Q Admin Panel - Setup Member Check In
This article will walk you through the Check In functionality within the PIQ web portal. 



P I Q - Member Check In 


1. Setup Check In

NOTE: The check-in button will not display for virtual classes. If the class is virtual, a check-in will register when the member clicks "Join Class"

Navigate to Admin Portal > Manage > Site Settings > Allow members to check themselves in from the web (checkin button will show 15 minutes prior to class)




2. Completing a Check In

Dashboard > My Schedule 

When a member is booked for a class and it's 15 minutes before the class start time the blue Check In button will appear:




The member will click "Check In" and it will register a check-in to the system.

NOTE: If you want to change spots, click Change Spot in the bottom right hand corner of the pop-up and then select your new spot and save. They will also be able to set whether or not they want to display on the leader board:




Once check-in is completed, it will display as "Checked In" on their schedule
