1. Click on the Members Profile (D). 

2. From here, Click on Add Member(B) or Modify Member(C)

NOTE: You would only click on Modify Member (C) if you want to Modify a members data (e.g. Members email, Weight, add/remove heart rate pod)



Clear Loaners(A) - This will unassigned all the loaners pods. 
Add Member(B) - Add members to the system. 
Modify Member(C) - Modify a member
Remove Member(D) - Remove member from system
Members(E) - This will list out all the members in your system.
Search Member(F) - Allow you to search for your member. 


3. NOTE: If you want to set up a brand new Heart Rate Pod read below. 

1. Email (A): The emails must be unique emails. You cannot have a duplicate email in your system.

1. Get Profile(B): This will get your clients data from your online reservation system (ie.. Zingfit, PIQ reservation
2. Information (C): Fill out the rest of the required field
3. Loaner Pod: (Optional) This is only used if loaner pods are set up. Select a Loaner Pod and click on save member. NOTE: You do not have to Capture the HR monitor Pod again if you use a loaner pod. You must have a Loaner Pod already set up. If you do not have a Loaner Pod set up please click here. 
4. HR Pod ID (E): This field is only for members with their own HR monitor.  Wear the HR monitor device and place it right next to the PIQ receiver. Once you do this click on Capture HRM This will generate the HRM pod ID from the HR monitor.

4. Now click Save Member.
NOTE: if you want to remove a Loaner Pod from a members profile read below.

Open up the Members Profile screen and select Clear Loaners(A)

WARNING: When you select Clear Loaners (A) all the loaners that were assigned to the members will be removed.





5. Congratulations! You have successfully paired up your heart rate Pod to the PIQ system. Enjoy your new heart rate pod.
