![]() On the screen you will see: Rank (A) - This will show you the rank of the rider based on the energy. Bike Number (B) - Displays the bike number on the screen. Watts (C) - Watts is the combination of speed (RPM) and resistance. You can increase by either pedaling faster while holding resistance constant or increasing resistance while holding cadence steady. RPM (D) - This is the crank revolutions per minute, which is the same as speed. NOTE: Any rpm above 150 RPM will not be displayed because this will increase the risk of serious injuries. Joules are divided by 1,000 to calculated Kilo Joules. Unlike Power and RPM number which is refreshed every second, the Energy number is refreshed every 5 seconds at which time the Rank of the rider is updated. Class Averages (G) - This will calculate the class average of the RPM, Power and the total energy the entire class has ridden. Timer (H) - This will show you the time left in the class.
