P I Q System - Weighted Mode ( W G T )
  • In this tab, you will be ranked in descending order based on: Power(Watts)/ (lb/kg) and Energy/(lb/kg)
  • You will be able to see the Rank, Bike Number, Power(Watts)/ (lbs/kg)  and Energy/(lb/kg). 


NOTE: This mode will only work properly with a bike reservation system. If there is no bike reservation system, the PIQ program assumes everyone weight 175lb. 




On the screen you will see:

Rank (A) - This will show you the rank of the rider based on the distance.

Bike Number (B) - Displays the bike number on the screen.

Watts/LBS (C) - This will display the riders watts/ their weight.

RPM (D) - This will display the riders RPM. NOTE: Any rpm above  150 RPM will not be displayed because this will increase the  risk of serious injuries.

Energy/LB(E) - This will display the riders energy/lb. Energy is Power  added every second 1000/ riders weight.

Mode Selector (F) - Displays all the different cycling modes. Click here to learn more about these modes.

Class Averages (G) - This will calculate the class average of the RPM,  Watts/lb and the total energy/lb the entire class has ridden.

Timer (H) - This will show you the time left in the class.



Recommendation: 

  • When using this mode, a fun way to get the class motivated and to work harder is to turn ON the Interval Timer and have a race to push everyone to their max. Click Here to learn more about the Interval Timer.
