Once
the class has ended (either time has expired or the instructor clicked End)
a Summary page will appear under the Heart Rate tab.
The
summary page will display all the stats from all the riders in the class that
wore a heart rate strap . The stats will include:
Total
Calories burned (A) Maximum
% of Max Heart Rate (B)
Average
% of Max Heart Rate (D)
Portion
of time spent in each HR Zone (E) Accumulated
Points (C)
The
points are calculated by the time to spend in each zone. For each minute a
client is in a zone they will be award points. These points can be used to run
contests and make your clients work harder in the class
Training
zones (H)
These
are the training zone the HR system will be based. By default, the zones are
set as:
Blue Zone -<60% Easy 1 point per minute.
Green Zone -60 70% Moderate 2 points per minute
Yellow Zone -70 80% Hard 3 points per minute.
Orange Zone -80 90% Very Hard 4 points per minute.
Red Zone -90+% Maximum 5 points per minute.
The
color, points and HR zones % values can be changed. Please contact one of the
