P I Q System - Heart Rate ( H R )
In this mode, you will only be able to see the riders who are wearing Heart Rate Pods that are compatible with the PIQ system. 




Kcal (A) - Display the calories burned for each member

Points (B) - Display the calories burned for each member. The points are calculated by each minute a clients are working in a zone they will receive points

Member ID (C) - Username for each member 

BPM (D) - Display Beats per minute

Avg HR (E) - Display an average of the class Heart Rate for those who are wearing a heart rate pod


% of max HR (Exertion level) - Max HR is simply calculated as Max HR = 220 Age. % of Max HR = BPM/Max HR expressed in percentage. These percentages dictate which exertion zone the member is in. 


Blue Zone - <60% Easy for recovery. e.g. warm up, cool down and recovery training. 1 point per minute

Green Zone - 60 70% Moderate for improving base endurance. e.g. Long duration exercise and for weight loss. 2 points per minute

Yellow Zone - 70 80% Hard for improving fitness level and endurance. e.g. endurance workouts 3 points per minute

Orange Zone - 80 90% Very Hard for improving fitness level quickly and effectively. e.g. high-intensity interval training 4 points per minute

Red Zone - 90+% Maximum - for maximum performance and the ability to push limits. e.g. peak intensity levels. 5 points per minute
