Complete Guide To Adjusting Membership Expiration
This article is a complete guide on how to make sure your customers have the right Membership Expiration Date. Membership expiration dates are driven by a members agreement and determine if a member is "active". An expiration date on an auto-renewing evergreen agreement may display as an expiration date or end date, however that date will automatically update each time a new invoice is created or payment is made.

Step 1 - Manually Adjust An Invoice Due Date

This will allow you to edit when the client will be making their next payment.

Step 2 - Edit Membership Status 

A client being Active or Inactive is only determined by one factor: their membership expiration date. Select the date their next invoice will be due (based on what you completed on Step 1) and once they make their payment, their expiration date will extend (keeping them Active).
