Configure Star Tsp100 Paper Size For Receipt Printer

This article will guide you through how to configure your Star TSP100 receipt printer with the correct paper size.
1. Open Devices and Printers in Control Panel.
2. Press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialog > enter control printers n the empty box > click OK.
3. Right click on Star TSP100 icon > click Printing Preferences.
4. Click Advanced...
5. Confirm that Paper Size is set to: 72mm x Receipt.
6. Click OK.
