This article will cover the Frequently Asked Questions on the Cyclestats software.
Requirements - An admin login for Performance IQ.
1. Q: Where in
the CycleStats software (the computer application) do you pair/sync bikes?
A: Open the software > Admin button on the left > Bike
pairing. The club will then pedal the bike until it appears on the screen >
click the dropdown button > assign a number to the bike.

Q: Where in Sats.Cyclebar.com does the club remove a bike
from being able to be booked?
A: Once the club has logged in they will click the Admin button > select their location > click on the Room Layout tab > click the edit pencil next to the room layout > left click the bike spot and THEN right click > select to clear spot > Save.
***This is the only way to remove it off the schedule for more than one class. Selecting to have a class under maintenance on the reservations tab DOES NOT remove it for the future classes, only the class you marked it under maintenance for. ***
3. How would staff replace a bike under maintenance, with a new bike?
A: They will simply pedal the new bike and pair it up and assign it bike spot 7. The old bike will drop off and no longer be assigned a spot.
