This article walks you through adding members in PIQ.
Requirements - A Performance IQ Account that has access to the Admin Panel.
Adding Members Through P I Q
1. Run the Software on the Computer
2. Click on the
Member Profiles tab

3. Click
Add Members to the right.

4. Here you will enter all the information for the
client and their account.
a. Enter their email.
i. This will be their log-in as well as the email
their stats get sent to.
b. Create a username, this is what they will show
up on the display as.
c. Set their Heart Rate Monitor (HRM).
i. You may manually enter the HRM Pod ID.
ii. You may use the capture method, this will scan
for their HRM and autofill the HR Pod ID field. *client may have to be near a
receiver/wasp*

Adding Members In The Club's Performanceiq Site:
There are
various ways to do it from the club's PerformanceIQ site.
1. The first way is from the log in screen.

2. Log into the site as an admin.
a. For this guide we will be using
ClubReady.myperformanceiq.com
i. The url is the club's name then
myperformanceiq.com
3. Click Admin Panel.
a. Hover over Locations at the top and click All
Locations > Select the location.
i. For this guide there is only one location so you
will simply click the location you are going to add an account for.

b. Click
the Reservations tab > Create a Member Account in the top right corner.

c . Click the Members tab > Create a Member Account in the top right corner.
