Product Update: Check In Monitor

This feature's updates:

The Check In Monitor is receiving a functional upgrade and cosmetic face lift.

Found at Main > Check In Monitor, this will be its new look:

The "Staff Notes" section has been moved to the top of the screen, and all edits will be done with the green plus arrow:

The "Lookup By" section will now be a drop-down menu and will exclusively sort by the type of information requested; previously, the barcode section would check number combinations against barcodes, user ID, agreement ID numbers and phone numbers as a safe-guard to find the member or customer profile. However, separating out the data requests will markedly increase speed and efficiency:

How does this affect me at the club level?

For clubs that utilize the Check In Monitor, you will experience faster and more accurate prospect and member lookup as the new lookup functionality will not check for matching numeric combinations across several identifiers as well as improved lookup speeds when using a name. This upgrade is not meant to affect any functionality within the club; only a functional and aesthetic enhancement.
