Product Update: Report Viewer

This feature's updates:

ClubReady will now be using the "Report Viewer" as a convenient, intuitive and more organized way of viewing reports. This will be the default method of viewing reports and is reflective of our continuing effort to streamline the user experience while increasing overall site speed and security. The new reporting platform will be available for both Corporate and Club level. There are several key points to know:

1. All left-side categories will now be alphabetical:

2. All contents within each category will also be alphabetical:

3. Users will have the ability to "Favorite" reports:

4. At this time, users can "Favorite" up to ten reports, but this will not save a preset on the report itself. "Favorites" will also be listed as its own category and will show at the top of the page rather than in alphabetical order.

5. Reports will also now be searchable:

6. The "Generate Report" button has been changed to "Run Report":

7. Reports will also now show and be able to be filtered, after running, directly on the webpage. The export option is now displayed as the traditional "save" icon:

8. Custom reports for a chain will be listed at the bottom of the categories, but its contents will still list alphabetically.

How does this affect me at the club level?

This update is a piece of the overall security and performance enhancements we have been performing over the last year. It is meant to improve our overall reporting platform and its organization. Now, instead of seeing reports in the order that they were created years ago, we have a user-friendly, cohesive platform to access reports. With this new update, we are excited to help increase the operational efficiency within all of our clubs.
