Change Sales Person On An Agreement Invoice
This article will guide you through changing the sales person in an agreement invoice to correct any commission issues in reporting. 

RequirementsA Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
  • Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can view client agreements
  • Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can edit agreement & paid invoices sales person(s)



Locate Agreement Invoice 






To access the screen above search and select the desired customer and click the agreements tab on the main screen. Click on the Full Details button. 


Edit Sales Person






From the Invoices tab, locate the invoice that you wish to edit. Click on the blue invoice detail number.  





From the invoice detail screen, adjust the Primary Sales Person and/or Secondary Sales Person by clicking on the edit pencil next to the staff name. Click Update to save your changes.
