Setup Waiver Requirement
This article will guide you through setting your club to require a waiver on a prospect or member's account. 

*Please note that this is a functionality that may not be enabled by default in your club.
Please contact ClubReady Support for more information or to turn this functionality on for your club. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
  • Club Setup: Can access setup
  • Club Setup: Can access check in web kiosk setup



Accessing Waiver Requirement Settings 


1. Check In Web Kiosk





To apply the setting to require a waiver, go  to; Setup > General > Check In Web Kiosk > Kiosk Setup. Scroll to the setting Check for Waiver? and select Yes. Click Update Kiosk Setup Settings button to save your changes. 


2. Custom Forms





To access custom form setup click on Setup > General > Custom Forms. Select from the following options: 
  • Required For All Leads
  • Required For All Members - When selecting Yes, it will prompt a toggle to select Required For All Inactive Members  



Locating Prospects With No Waiver


1. Prospect Summary Page





Navigate to Prospects / Members > Select desired person. Clicking on their name from the lookup page will display the Summary page on the right side of the screen. Next to their name it will display a red X and their profile will show a red box. Hover over the red X to view which waivers they could be missing.  


2. Day List





To access this screen, navigate to Bookings > Day List. From here you are able to view all scheduled bookings for the day. When looking at the list of customers booked in your club, you might notice around their profile picture is showing a color. If the color is yellow the prospect does not have a waiver on file.
