Cross Club Member Search For Agreement Write Up

This article will guide you through selecting a client from another location for agreement write up.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
Group Settings will need to be configured at the chain level in order to allow staff to sell new agreements for other users from a different location. To locate Group Settings at the chain level navigate to Setup > Other Corp Setup > Group Settings. Select the edit pencil next to the group you are needing to adjust. You must enable both Cross-Club Invoices & Payments and Contracts under your Group Settings.
To write a new agreement for a client from another location, go to Main > New Agreement. A selection box will appear next to the search box Search All Locations will allow the staff member to search across the chain. Once selected, click on Continue to Packages to proceed with the agreement write up.
During the New Agreement Process, staff will have the option to select Profile. This will allow the staff to view the member's profile and interact with the page. A bar will appear at the top showing the members' home location.

- Writing Up New Agreements - Can sell agreements cross club
