Mobile App: ClubReady Team - How To Book Into A Class

This article will guide you through scheduling a class booking through the ClubReady Team Mobile App.
Requirements - Staff will need to have the ClubReady App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by their club.
1. Scheduling A Member Into Your Class
Log into the ClubReady Team Mobile App using your username and password.
To schedule a booking from the App, select the Classes icon in the Navigation Bar.
Under My Classes you are able to see all classes scheduled with you. It will display date, time, class type, session length and openings for the class. Click on the specific class you wish to add a booking.
This screen will display any existing bookings you may have for this class. Click on ADD ATTENDEE to search for the member you wish to add to your class.
Using the search tool, type the members name and select the account. Click on OK to confirm their booking.
2. Scheduling A Member Into A Class
You are also able to schedule a member into any class provided at the club. Select the Classes icon in the Navigation Bar. You can choose to view All Classes scheduled for your location.
Selecting the class will display the class details and allows you to schedule a booking by clicking on ADD ATTENDEE.
