Setting Auto Session Clean Up

This article will guide you through applying the automatically clean-up session credits setting in your site. This will automate a process of session credits being tied to bookings that have no session credit applied. This process will run nightly.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
To locate this setting, go to; Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings > Automatically Clean-Up Session Credits. There are two Yes options available. If you select the first Yes only; the system will look for any bookings that have no session credits tied to them. If there are "unpaid" sessions, and the customer now has session credits available, a session credit will be automatically applied.
If you also select the second Yes, the system will then look for future bookings that have a session credit tied to them. If any are located, the furthest (paid) booking will be cancelled and the system will apply the "stolen" session credit to the most immediate "unpaid" booking.
