Reports - Payment Transactions
This article will guide you through generating the Payment Transactions Report. This report will list all transaction detail for your club within a given date range including invoice amount, date, and description. 


Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
  • Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
  • Reporting - Can access sales: lookup transaction                                          

Generating The Transactions Report




Navigate to Reports > Sales > Transactions. Select a date range and click on Run Report. Select the check box if you prefer to view the report as an Excel Export Only. 








The online report will contain the following information:
Payment Date - Date the payment was made
Payment Time - Time the payment was made
Payment ID - ID number of the payment
Payment Amount - Dollar amount of the payment
Response Transaction ID - Transaction response ID number from the Gateway
ClubReady Txn ID - A ClubReady identifier for the specific transaction
Payment Status - Status of the payment (Paid, partially refunded, fully refunded, returned/chargeback)
Payment Type - How the payment was made (Cash, credit card, bank ACH, check
Last 4 - Last 4 digits of the client's credit card if payment was made by credit card
User ID - User ID of the client
External User ID - External User ID of the client 
Member - Name of the client who made a payment. If blank, it was an anonymous transaction
Processed By - How the payment was processed (POS, draft)
Ran By - Who processed the payment (Staff member, draft)
Store ID - ID number of the club location
Location Name - Name of the club 
Invoice Due - Due date of the invoice
Invoice ID -
Unique invoice ID number
Invoice Amount -
Dollar amount of the invoice, not including tax
Invoice Tax -
Amount of tax on the invoice
Invoice Total -
Total amount of the invoice including tax
Invoice Description -  
Description of the invoice

To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
