Reports - Class Attendance
This article will guide you through running the Class Attendance Report. This report will show you club class attendance records, so that you can see how successfully your classes are being booked.

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
  • Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
  • Reporting - Can Access Class Attendance Report 


Running Your Report




Navigate to Reports > Members > Class Attendance and choose a date range. From the filters you can select to group the report by Class Name or Instructor. You can also choose a specific class and/or instructor. Choose Run Report. 



View Class Attendance Report





The report will contain class attendance data from the date range selected. The top right of the report will provide an overview of the number of classes, instructors, and members. Use the plus (+) and minus (-) signs on the left side of the report to expand and collapse each class to view individual dates, times, and names of those enrolled along with their email address.


Columns in the report include:
Totals for each of these columns are listed across the top of the report. 
Occurrences - Number of times the class occurred over the date range selected. 
% Registered - Percentage of members registered compared to the number of spots available. 
% Show - 
Percentage of enrolled members who completed the class.
Spots - 
Total number of spots available in the class.
Register - 
Number of members registered in the class.
Complete - 
Number of members who completed the class.
Cancel - 
Number of members who were enrolled in the class but cancelled. Cancellations include: Cancel with Credit Loss (late cancels), Cancel Admin No Credit Lost and Cancel No Credit Lost (within your club's Booking Policies)
Reschedule -
Number of members who were enrolled in the class but rescheduled their booking. 
No Show - 
Number of members who were enrolled in the class but were a no-show. 

To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
