This article will guide you in creating new Guest Pass types. Guest passes can be issued to prospects, allowing you to track them while they are on a limited pass to your club.
*Please note that Guest Passes are a functionality that must be enabled for your club. For more information, please contact ClubReady support.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Setup: Can access setup
- Setup: Can access Guest Pass Setup
Adding A Guest Pass Type

To create a new Guest Pass Type, navigate to;
Setup > Leads > Guest Pass Types. Once on the page, select
Add A New Guest Pass Type.
Pass
Name - this is the name of the Guest Pass
Duration In Days - the Pass will expire after the number of days entered here
Is
Expiration Editable - allows staff to edit this expiration date
when adding Pass Type to a prospect
Auto
Activate When Issue? - if
Yes, then the pass starts immediately. It is possible to assign a Guest Pass to
a prospect and activate later
Issue
Barcode When Activated? - this
will assign a temporary barcode for check-in
Tag
When Activated - this
allows the club to tag the prospect when the pass is activated
Maximum
Issued Count - this
is the total number of guest passes that can be issued of this pass type
