Staff Time Clock Settings
This article will guide you though updating the Staff Time Clock settings. These are general settings which will affect all staff within ClubReady. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
  • Reporting - Can access setup
  • Reporting - Can access staff time clock setup

General Staff Time Clock Settings




Navigate to Setup > Staff > Staff Time Clock. 

Timeclock Method - Currently there is only one option to select: Use Checkin Kiosk With Barcode. However, staff can also use a fingerprint checkin or a 4 digit Pin code. These options can be turned on under    the Check In Web Kiosk Settings. (Setup > General > Check In Web Kiosk > Check In Method)
Lock-Out - Multiple failed clock in attempts can be blocked within a set time frame.
Automatically Clock OUT if not clocked out at end of day - All staff who are currently clocked in at a set time can be automatically clocked out. Time clock reports will reflect that the clock out was added by the  system. 
Show Hours Worked This Week - Select Yes/No to have the total hours worked this week shown to a staff member when using the time clock system. A Start of the week day can also be selected, Monday or Sunday. 

Use the Click To Update button to save your changes.
