Viewing Client Check-in History
This article and video will guide you on how to View a Prospect/Customer/Member's Check In History. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
  • Member Management: General - can access client options
  • Club Check-In - Can view check-in access log

Generating The Check-in Log Report

1. Locate Client and Run Report




To generate this report, find the prospect/customer/member and click on All Detail > Check-in > View Check In History > select a date range > Generate Report. The results will display on screen and show the number of check-ins, date of the check-ins, and the club location of the check-ins. 


2. Export to Excel or PDF







This data can also be exported by clicking on export to Excel or export to PDF. The exported reports will include a detail page with the selected date range, as well as a summary page with year over year totals.



Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I view check in history prior to 2010?
  • At this time, ClubReady only has the capacity to hold check-in data dating back to 2010. 

We have a few clients who are close to hitting their milestone classes, but we can't figure out how to see how many classes an individual has taken.
  • You can find this information using the steps shown above. We also have a report that will show you this information for all of your active or inactive members. You can find this by going to Reports > Members > Total Check-Ins
  • *If the customer checked in through the Class Kiosk App or the Check In Web Kiosk this will add a check in to their profile. If they do not check in and the staff marks them as a show, a check in is NOT added.
