Reports - Booking Show Rate
This article will guide you through generating the Booking Show Rate Report. This report shows services and classes show rates over a selected date range. Sessions lost due to cancellations outside your club's cancel policy rules are not included in the totals. Sessions that are in the past but have not yet been logged off are also not included.   

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
  • Reporting - Can access reports 
  • Reporting - Can access credits/bookings: booking show rates


Select Filters And Generate Report






Navigate to Reports > Credits/Bookings > Booking Show Rates. Choose the date range you want to view from the calendar or select a preset date range. From the drop down menu you can filter by a specific employee who performed the session or class booking. Select how you would like to view the data in a chart format or broken down by employee. Click Run Report. 


Chart Filter





When the Chart filter is selected and generated, the graph will display the Show Rate By Booking Type & Total Booking Count. The class or service name will appear on the left, % of clients who showed up will appear on the bottom, and the actual % of clients who showed up will appear to the right of each red bar. 





To page through to the next section, select the right arrow. 





The chart data will now display as a spreadsheet with the Session Type, # of Bookings, No Shows, and % Show Rate. 



Employee Data Filter








When the Employee Data filter is selected and generated, the SHOW RATES section will contain the following columns:

Employee Name - Full name of employee
User ID - Employee ID number
Bookings - Total count of bookings within your selected date range
No Shows - Total count of no shows within your selected date range
% Show Rate - Percentage of shows compared to no shows
Logged By Client - How many of the sessions were logged by the client and not by a staff member or the system
% Logged By Client - Percentage of sessions logged by the client compared to those logged by a staff member or the system





To view the Total Booking Count, select he right arrow to move to the next page.






The Total Booking Count will contain the following columns:

Customer - Customer's full name
Customer ID - Customer's ID number
Booking Date - Date of the class or service booking
Booking ID - Booking ID number
Booking Time - Time of the booking
Booking Type - Name of the class or service
Status - Completed or No Show
Employee - Staff member who the session was with
Employee ID - Employee ID number
Logged By - Who logged the booking as complete or no show: a staff member, client, or if the cell is blank then the system logged it off per setup rules for auto-logging sessions



Exporting Data





To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
