Reports - Members By Session Type
 This article will guide you through generating the Members By Session Type Report. This report lists members who have session credits, the type of session credit, and current status. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a Staff login with the following permissions: 
  • Reporting - Can access reports
  • Reporting - Can access credits/bookings: customer credit analysis


  • Select Filters And Generate Report





    Navigate to Reports > Credits/Bookings > Members By Session Type. Select your filters. 

    From the first drop down menu you can filter by:
    No Filter - Show All
    Only Members With Fewer Than 6 Bookings Remaining
    Only Members With No Bookings In The Next 30 Days

    From the second drop down menu you can filter by All Session Types, or select a specific session type. You can also choose to include inactive members. 

    After applying your filters, click on Run Report. 


    1. Analyze Data






    The report columns include:
    User Id - Members ID number.
    First Name - Members First Name.
    Last Name - Members Last Name.
    Open Bookings - Future bookings not yet completed, or past bookings not yet logged.
    Bookings Next 30 Days - Number of scheduled bookings within the next 30 days.
    Unused Credits - Credits not tied to any booking.
    Lost - Bookings lost due to cancellation outside policy rules, no-shows, or unused credits that have expired.
    Completed - Successfully completed bookings.
    Unpaid Bookings - Count of all bookings past or future that do not have an associated session credit.


    2. Export Data






    To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
