Reports - Staff Profitability
This article will guide you through running the Staff Profitability Report. This report will display your club's revenue in session sales, as well as the club profit on those sales. You will need to have session prices and provider costs set up in order for this report to be accurate. Sessions that are not yet logged are not included in this report. Any employee who is tied to scheduling will show up in this report. 

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a Staff login with the following permissions: 
  • Reporting: Can access reports
  • Can access staff: trainer profitability

Generating The Staff Session Profitability Report






Navigate to Reports > Staff > Staff Profitability. Select a date range you want to analyze. Choose from the available filters: Include Consults, Include Staff with No Sales, Hide Charts and/or Order By. Click Run Report. 





A graph will display below and list all of your employees tied to scheduling along with their session revenue (sales) and club profit.  

Select the next page arrow to view additional information. 






The online report will give a breakdown of each Staff Name, Total Sessions and Session Type, the Revenue or Sales Total, Provider Cost per Session, Club Profit, and Margin %

Revenue - It is calculating the revenue of each booking by taking into consideration one of the following scenarios in this order:
  1. Custom rate of the session (if there is one)
  2. Standard price of the session in club settings (if there is no invoice attached to the session)
  3. If there IS an invoice then the total invoice amount divided by the number of sessions paid for by that invoice.
Then it sums all those amounts per staff member using only bookings in statuses of cancelled/lost, completed, and no show.
