This article will guide you through adding staff as a carbon copy (cc) on system emails. Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access system emails setup
Adding A Staff Email To System Emails
Staff members can be carbon copied in on certain system emails. Emails which you can cc staff are:
- Emails Related To Prospects
- Emails Related To Staff Initiated Email Blasts / Messages
- Emails Related To Scheduling (with the exception of Booking Reminder Email)
1. Find The System Email

Navigate to
Setup > Communication > System Emails and find the email you would like to cc a staff member on. Click on the
edit pencil to open up editing options.
2. Select CC Option

In this
New Service Booking Scheduled Email you would click the button
Send from default but cc who booking is which. Each email may have slightly different wording for who you are adding as a carbon copy.
When you are done editing, click on
Update This Email Type to save any changes.

Can you CC more than one user to the email?- Not at this time. The user CCd will be the staff member that is booked.
Does the email add the event to my calendar on my phone?- Not at this time. It will show on your ClubReady Staff Profile Calendar only.
