Login Area Terms & First Login Help
This is a guide to the legal terms of service for your customers online portal and setting up a clients first login help. This help info will appear the first few times a member logs in to use their member portal.

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
  • Club Setup: Can access setup 
  • Club Setup: Can access login area terms setup
  • Club Setup: Can access first login help setup

Access Login Area Terms of Service






To access these settings go to Setup > Members > Login Area Terms. These are the legal terms of service that your customers will be asked to agree to when they log into the system for the first time. 

Fixed ClubReady Terms - is a terms section created by ClubReady that cannot be changed.
Additional Custom Terms Text - section you can also add your own terms of use that will be added to the ClubReady terms.



Where Customers will see the Terms of Service






When a client first logs into the Online Portal. They will be asked to accept the Online Area Terms of Service. 
They can view the Terms of Service by clicking the Terms of Service link. If they agree to the terms of service you will no longer reach this page when you login, but you can always review the terms of service by clicking on the terms of service link at the base of each page.



Access The First Login Help Setting




Go to Setup > Members > First Login Help. You can add your own personalized message to provide assistance to the client. This message will appear the first three times the client logs in their account with ClubReady.

Click the View How Help Page Looks To New Clients. This is the window that will appear when the client first logs in. It will guide them on how the ClubReady site works. This will be the first message then see when they log in and will continue to show up until they click the check box Don't Open This When I Login Next Time.
