Enable Service / Class To Be Booked Online Through Client Portal

This article will assist you with steps on how to enable a service/class to be booked online through customer portal.


Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions: 

  • Club Setup: Can access setup 
  • Club Setup: Can access scheduling general settings   
  • Club Setup: Can access services setup
  • Club Setup: Can access classes / group setup                               



Enable Clients Can Book Online






To access these settings go to Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings. Under General Scheduling Settings select YES for Clients Can Book Online. Click Update to save your changes.



Enable Clients Can Book Online For Existing Services






Each service should be enabled to be booked online through the wellness portal as needed. Go to Setup > Scheduling > Services. Click the edit pencil next to the existing service needed to be enabled for online booking. Under the Service Settings tab locate Customers Can Book Online. Choose Yes to enable this option. To save, click Update Settings




Enable Clients Can Book Online For Existing Classes







Each class should be enabled to be booked online through the wellness portal as needed. Go to Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group. Click the edit pencil next to the existing class needed to be enabled for online booking. Under the Bookings Settings tab locate Customers Can Book Online. Choose Yes to enable this option. To save, click Update Class Booking Settings.
