Access My Client Wellness Portal

This article will assist you with steps on how to access the ClubReady client wellness portal.
Requirements - Be a member of the club that you are requesting access into the client portal and have an active login
1. Open a web browser and type in the website address given by the club.
2. Type out username and password given by the club in email during member sign up and click Login. (these are not case-sensitive)
3. You should now be logged into the client portal and able to utilize the tools available to you.
Members barcode images will display on the wellness if the member has a barcode assigned. Once they're logged in, it will be at the top of the page.
Packages enabled for online sale will display in their home page.
Members can "make a new booking" from this view.
Can I see all of these details on my Member App or do I have to login on a computer each time?

Can my gym/studio adjust my Username and Password for me if I have tried and it does not work?- Yes, the staff can adjust these details if you contact them.
Can I see all of these details on my Member App or do I have to login on a computer each time?
- You will be able to see your schedule and profile information on the ClubReady Member App.
