This article will guide you through marking your returns in ClubReady. Returns are typically eChecks that have "bounced" - but they can also
include credit card chargebacks. These can be exported from
Authorize.net and uploaded into ClubReady. ClubReady will parse the file
and update payment history in ClubReady - adding return fees also as
per what is setup in ClubReady sales and billing setup.Requirements - A Master Admin login or any staff member with access to Reports and the Import Returns Report.
Pulling Your Returns From Authorize.net Backoffice
1. Accessing the Returns Report

Login to your authorize.net account. To pull your Returns Report, go to
Reports > Returns. The default is Returns by settlement date - this is the correct option. It can sometimes take a little while for the report to generate. If the
start - end date range is large it can time out with an error - if this happens, break it up to smaller periods.
2. Export Your Report To File

Click on Download To File - it can take a while to create the file. Save the .txt file and then import this file into ClubReady
Importing Your Returns Into ClubReady
To complete the import process, go to
Reports > Sales > Import Returns. Select
Browse to find the report that was exported from Authorize.net and click
Import File.
