This instructional article will inform you how to upload (add), remove (delete) or edit (change) a client's photo.Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Customer Management : General - Can access client options
- Customer Management : General - Can update customer ID photo
How To Add A Client Photo
1. Uploading a Photo

Under the
Prospect,
Members or
Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click on the client to select him or her from the results. Click the
All Detail > General > Update ID Photo.

Click the
UPLOAD A PHOTO button and click
Browse to locate the image file. Click the
Add Photo button and the photo will be successfully added to the client's profile. You will see a preview of the photo and an
Added on date and time.
2. Take a Photo with a Webcam
Under the
Prospect,
Members or
Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click on the client to select him or her from the results. Click the
All Detail > General > Update ID Photo. Click the
WEBCAM PHOTO button and then select
Start Camera.

Please Note: If a new window appears asking
Do you want to allow camera and microphone access? click
Yes. ClubReady also suggests to select
Remember my answer.

You will be shown a live feed of the camera. Please position the client in a photogenic position. When ready, click the
TAKE PHOTO button.

A snapshot will be temporarily saved under the
CHOOSE section. Multiple pictures can be taken. All photos will be temporarily saved. With your mouse cursor, click on one photo to select it. After, it will be highlighted in blue.

Click the
SELECT button. The photo has successfully been added to the client's profile. You will see a preview of the photo.
How To Remove A Client Photo

Under the
Prospect,
Members or
Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click on the client to select him or her from the results. Click the
All Detail > General > Update ID Photo. Choose
REMOVE A PHOTO. The photo has successfully been removed from the client's profile.
