This article will guide you through enabling SMS (Text) message notifications by session type.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access booking reminders setup
Enabling Sms Notifications By Session

To access the booking reminders screen, go to;
Setup > Scheduling > Booking Reminders. Each service and class will be listed. Click
On next to each session you want the client to receive an SMS notification. Once you click
On there is an option to
Always Send messages, after
1 Booking Show, or
2 to 5 Consecutive Booking Shows. The change will take effect as soon as you toggle the
On or
Off switch for the service.
